In this section we’ll go through the most common types of products one can find over the net, and try to determine where yours belong. This will help us later on in determining how to approach its promotion.
- Websites
Websites can be standalone products just as well.
A website that produces certain interest and attracts traffic (Either bought, organic, or any other way) and monetizes it via advertising in-site or so, is a product.
- Online products
Anything that can be downloaded, accessed to via login + password, a service given over the net etc’ can be referred to as an online product and treated as such (will be easier understood later on when we discuss ways to promote your product).
- Physical products
Physical product may be as it’s called, anything physical that you may send in the mail, or go into a shop and buy (such as clothing, gadgets etc’).
